Our team is full of passionate, talented and intelligent people who believe that music makes a difference when it serves those in need. Sound like you? We'd love to have you on Team Sharing Notes! Here are a few ideas for you!

Join Our Board of Directors

We are currently looking for people who are passionate about our mission and looking for a way to help us grow! The Sharing Notes Board of Directors is a dedicated group of inspiring professionals and philanthropists committed to bringing the healing power of music to hospitalized children and adults throughout Chicago with our intimate, engaging live performances. The Board of Directors is responsible for the financial stability and long-term strategy of the organization. If you are interested in helping promote awareness of Sharing Notes, advance our reputation for making a difference, be a catalyst for organizational growth, and raise funds that go directly to providing services that help bring hospitalized people comfort and joy through music, then we want to hear from you!

Feature Us for Your Next Event!

Eager for a way to include a philanthropic element or meaningful mission at your next corporate/networking event, dinner party or gathering? Look no further, Sharing Notes can help! As a local nonprofit, passionate about serving our community through impactful performances, we are always excited to build new relationships with people and organizations who would like to learn about our work. Our Executive Director is available for guest speaking engagements. Connect with us to learn more.

Host a Sharing Notes Benefit Event!

Are you ready to raise your voice for Sharing Notes? Every year, we serve over 3,500 hospital patients and their families with music, a valuable method of distraction therapy during a difficult and painful time. Sharing Notes relies on community donations to support our schedule of 8 or more performances per month. Hosting a benefit is a wonderful way to engage friends, family, a work group, a professional organization, sorority or fraternity, or a neighborhood or faith group around a team-building, social, charitable event. A cocktail or dinner "friendraising" party can include an opportunity for attendees to learn about Sharing Notes and hear from a Sharing Notes representative.
